Daniel Elliott 15e842ce85 Fix CSRF token issue in login and register forms

- Added @Html.AntiForgeryToken() to Register.cshtml
- Added @Html.AntiForgeryToken() to Login.cshtml
- Fixes 400 Bad Request errors on form submission
