Download Zarchiver from Google Play.

After completing the basic setup for Virtual Master, create a virtual machine with Android 9.

Next, import the Zarchiver application you downloaded into the emulator.

Install the APK file located in the Real Racing 3 game folder.

Place the game's data file in the following directory. (Use Zarchiver)

Disconnect the emulator from the internet, and if possible, disconnect the device from the internet as well.
The game should not be connected to the internet.
